Westend Health is a general wellness app that displays indicative measurement data produced by the Westend Armband (or the FitBle/ArmBand protocol family or equivalent) device (heart rate, steps, and, depending on device support, HRV and HR).
The app helps you follow trends in real time and over the longer term, but results may vary depending on the user, the device, and measurement conditions.
Westend Health is not a medical device and is not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease.
Do not make medical decisions based on the app’s data; consult a healthcare professional when needed.
The app is not suitable for emergencies.
Westend Health requires a compatible Westend Armband (or the FitBle/ArmBand protocol family or equivalent) device and does not function independently without the external device.

Getting started
1. Turn on the armband and enable Bluetooth.
2. Open Westend Health and select the device from the scan list.
3. Follow the indicative live measurements and explore the modules.
Device compatibility and permissions
• Requires a compatible BLE armband.
• A Bluetooth connection is required; Android may request location permission for scanning.
• Measurement availability depends on the device and firmware.
