The application has been developed together with Finnish speech therapists. The application contains versatile tasks for practicing pronunciation through various gamified exercises, following the structure used in speech therapy for learning the Äs. The application also contains comprehensive instructional videos from a speech therapist.

ÄssäTraini is suitable for children of all ages. However, we recommend that an adult and child use ÄssäTraini together, so that the adult can support the child when necessary and at the same time spend quality time learning together.
