The Romero Plan is an emergency plan for possible risks due to the concentration of people and displacements caused by the El Rocío Pilgrimage.
For this reason, this mobile application has been developed that offers the user useful information provided by the General Directorate of Emergencies and Civil Protection of the Junta de Andalucía completely free of charge: rules, plans, road map, itineraries, transit times and brotherhoods, as well as real-time monitoring of them from GPS devices.
It offers a Virtual Assistant aimed at providing information on service locations (pharmacies, hospitals, police...), weather forecast, closed roads, buses that lead to the village of El Rocío, and other information of general interest.
