Civil Protection offers this app, which makes it easy to access relevant information about alerts issued by Civil Protection.
With this app, you can view active alerts on a map regarding weather phenomena: rain, extreme temperatures, coastal phenomena; as well as seismic information and forest fire risk.
In addition to the map visualization, the app provides recommendations accompanied by descriptive fact sheets and graphics to help you know how to act in adverse situations.
The app also allows users to create alerts and voluntarily subscribe to geographic areas of interest to receive push notifications when Civil Protection registers new events and sends alerts. These push notifications are for informational purposes only, and delivery is not guaranteed in 100% of cases due to the nature of the service. It is a support service and should not be used in crisis or emergency situations, regardless of their severity.
