How to use the Digital Clinic?

- Enter the Digital Clinic through the Digital Clinic mobile App.

- Identify your identity using an ID-card, Mobile-ID or Smart-ID and choose whether you want a doctor's consultation, extend a medical prescription or mental health counseling.

- Start a conversation with the Digital Clinic doctor. Describe the symptoms and answer the doctor's questions. If you wish, you can also send photos to illustrate the issue. The content of the consultation will remain visible both in the Digital Clinic and in the Health Information System in the form of a treatment history.

- The Digital Clinic is open on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., on weekends and holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m
