From now on, your doctor's visit will be digital. With arzt-direkt you can quickly, conveniently and securely contact a doctor's office of your choice via online consultation or arrange on-site doctor's appointments. This service is free for all patients insured in Germany.

This is what the arzt-direkt app offers you:

■ Intuitive doctor search: Decide for yourself which specialist you want to speak to. Our doctors cover over 30 specialties: general practitioners, ophthalmologists, dermatologists, urologists, and much more.

■ Completely free: The costs for online doctor appointments are covered by health insurance companies for both legally and privately insured patients, regardless of whether they are Barmer, TK, AOK or similar.

■ Sick notes online: Receive sick notes or
Certificates of incapacity for work (AUs) without leaving your home.

■ Doctor chat via mobile: Pair directly with your practice to exchange messages and files before, during and after a video session. Contact your treating doctor at any time via integrated messenger/chat.

■ Arrange appointments online: Book on-site appointments or video consultations using the online appointment calendar at the practice of your choice (from Android 11). By the way: You can also easily rebook or cancel the appointments free of charge.
