You, as a client of services, can use the getFM® app to easily rate the services provided, whether cleaning buildings, maintaining technical equipment or caring for your garden, and thus gain an impression of your service provider. The app ensures transparency, operational quality assurance and promotes sustainable controlling.
Originally, the getFM® app was developed for quality management audits. In combination with the original getFM® web-based software, it is the ideal tool for auditors. In the demo version are sample questions (related to the cleaning of buildings) deposited, with which the user can get a first impression of the app.
Functions of the getFM® app:
• Quality assurance: the evaluation of processes of services.
• Evaluation of rooms and technical facilities
• Measures to optimize services can be created directly and assigned individually to each process, room or plant.
• Recording of defects and malfunctions
• Photos can be uploaded via the app and assigned to the appropriate functions.
