Lorela: AI call assistant
Lorela.cz
Lorela is an AI voice assistant for tradespeople and small businesses. When you can't pick up, Lorela takes the call: she introduces herself in your name, asks the caller what they need and sends you a clear summary. No missed call goes unanswered anymore.
Lorela replaces voicemail and the answering machine - the caller doesn't leave a message, they talk to an assistant who speaks in your name.
WHAT LORELA DOES
- Answers when you can't: after a few seconds of ringing, the call goes to your Lorela number
- Introduces herself in your name, asks what the caller needs and when you can call back
- Recognizes the caller from your contacts and greets them by name
- Sends a summary right after the call: phone notification, e-mail or Telegram
- The full transcript and the recording are in the app
WHAT YOU GET IN THE APP
- A call list with summary, transcript and recording
- Urgent calls flagged, likely spam marked
- Call back with one tap
- Contact sync, so Lorela knows who is calling
- Activation guide: you turn on forwarding with one code the app shows you, and a test call checks that it works
- Settings: how Lorela introduces you, what you do and the assistant's name
HOW IT WORKS
1. Sign in with your e-mail or phone number and go through a short activation
2. The app shows your Lorela number: in the Czech Republic your own Czech number, in Poland one number shared by all customers, where Lorela recognizes you by the number the call was forwarded from
3. On your phone, you dial the forwarding code for unanswered calls that the app shows you
4. Done - from now on, Lorela answers the calls you don't get to
Lorela talks to callers in Czech or Polish, depending on the country of your account, and the app is in Czech or Polish as well. This listing is in English so you know what you are getting.
Missed calls stop being lost jobs.
Subscription: Czech Republic 299 Kč a month or 2 990 Kč a year, Poland 59 zł a month or 589 zł a year, the first 7 days free. The app is a client of the Lorela service (lorela.cz, lorela.pl).
