Mobile Cashier is a simple cash register application for small retailers, stalls, markets, festivals, one-off events and smaller establishments.
It is designed for quick operation directly on your phone or tablet. It is not a complex accounting system or warehouse management. The goal is to quickly mark a sale, accept payment, issue or print a receipt and have an overview of the history.
QUICK SALES
The main screen has large sales buttons and a receipt journal. You can add items from the price list, from groups of buttons or manually. The application supports quantities, discounts, returns and merging of the same items.
PAYMENTS
Supported payment methods:
- cash,
- QR payment,
- payment card registered as a payment on an external terminal.
Cash payment can round to whole crowns and optionally calculate the amount to be refunded. QR payment displays the payment QR code according to the Czech banking format. QR payments can be distinguished between manually verified payments, unverified payments and, if the Fio API is enabled, also bank-verified payments.
RECEIPTS
According to the settings, you can not print the receipt, print it automatically, ask for printing or prepare it for sending by e-mail via the application on your phone. The application can create a PDF receipt and forward it to an external application for sharing or sending.
Printing to small Bluetooth thermal printers is supported. Printing has also been optimized for cheaper 58mm printers with a smaller buffer.
PRICE LIST AND SALES BUTTONS
The price list allows you to manage products, categories, units of measure, prices, VAT rates and active/inactive items. For quick sales, you can set the sales grid, button colors, button groups and multiple products under one button.
VAT AND DOCUMENTS
The application supports both VAT payer and non-VAT payer modes. For VAT payers, it works with VAT rates and displays VAT on receipts. For VAT non-payers, unnecessary information about VAT is hidden.
HISTORY AND OVERVIEWS
The sales history shows documents, payment statuses, cancellations, additional cancellations, payments and document details in the form of a similar receipt. History filters allow you to select the period, status and payment method.
Overviews show basic summaries for the selected period. Sales can be optionally broken down by events, e.g. market, festival or specific operating day.
OFFLINE-FIRST
Without the internet, you can sell, work with the price list, print, view history and create receipts. The internet is only needed for functions that require it in principle, e.g. loading the profile, loading business data from ARES or verifying QR payments in Fio banka.
