Built with an offline-first architecture, it supports agents working in remote
or low-connectivity areas by centralizing critical field workflows in one
secure mobile app.

access.

- Save customer records, contracts, payments, and stock movements on-device
- Process structured operational data offline
- Keep technical logs and diagnostics locally
- Queue completed actions and sync automatically when connectivity returns

To protect continuity after app reinstall, the app uses a user-selected local
recovery folder to preserve offline unsent data and restore it when needed.

MOON IO Mobile enforces strict role-based access control and secure
authentication. Data is protected during storage and transmission according to
enterprise security standards.
