The first act begins in Murino, a place where you find yourself in a school where your teacher is a Fog, where the focus isn't on grades, but on knowledge of memes. Here, you undergo training, test your meme proficiency, and move through the floors of the building, clearing out Fog.
The game then unfolds through acts and seasons. Each new act is a season of Mellstroy.
New seasons change the rules, introduce new enemy types, new meme events, and unexpected twists related to the development of this universe. All this creates the feeling of a constantly changing world governed by the laws of Mellstroy.
