Youmon

The YouMon app is for parents and youth athletes themselves and allows them to track training schedules, monitor load, log injuries and keep track of their physical development and maturation levels. It also allows parents/youth athletes to communicate with coaches safely.
Coaches/Clubs/Schools can set up teams and view their players’ data in order to advise training plans and coaching sessions with the ultimate goal of combating youth player burnout and prevent load and growth-related injuries.
