This system is a strategic forecasting cycle and financial model in which participants try to remain in the minority between two options using a fixed amount. The total amount is divided by the number of people on the minority side, and new rounds begin within seconds.

-West Inception's "Future Economy" Project. The aim of this system is to revolutionize the casino industry in particular with a system of "transparent justice and balance."
