From the moment your hospitalization is announced, Vivalto Santé takes care of you in collaboration with the teams at your facility.
For you or a minor for whom you are the legal guardian, you can easily schedule all hospital-related appointments, enter your information, prepare for your stay by completing the pre-admission form (an essential step for admission), and choose your accommodation options (room, additional services), regardless of the type of care (outpatient, day hospitalization, or inpatient). The Vivalto Santé Patient Portal is also your personal reminder: it provides reminders of appointments, instructions related to your procedure, and everything else you'll need during your stay.

The day before your stay, you'll be asked to complete the pre-operative questionnaire, which will be sent instantly to your hospital.

With the Vivalto Santé Patient Portal, everything is ready. On the day of your surgery, you'll arrive more relaxed and well-prepared. This means less stress and more peace of mind to focus on your health.

After your stay, you'll be asked to complete the post-operative questionnaire to support you throughout your recovery.

Your data is monitored by a nurse for personalized remote care. Your primary care physician is also kept informed in real time about your hospitalization. They can share any information related to your hospitalization with other healthcare professionals (for example, a specialist who is following your procedure in addition to your primary care physician).

The Vivalto Santé app is available throughout mainland France, on smartphones or tablets, and even directly via your web browser from the Vivalto Santé Group website > Patient Area. You can find a facility and its contact information, find a practitioner and contact them, or even book an appointment online.
