FitJaw

With this video game, called FitJaw, the patient is placed in a virtual environment similar to a jungle where they must virtually “eat” fruits and other elements that appear along the way at different heights and positions.

This forces you to move your mouth and jaw, as well as your neck and body to reach these virtual elements. It is a motivating and fun way to perform rehabilitation exercises. In this way, the patient makes opening movements with the mouth and jaw that help cure their TMJ disorder.

The game has different levels of difficulty, where fruits and virtual items can go faster or be bigger.

The app has two versions when you download it: in 3D, that is, the Virtual Reality ON mode that requires the user to have a Google Cardoboard or similar to place the mobile device and enjoy the game. And there is the possibility of VR mode OFF, where the user must hold the mobile phone in their hand and place it in front of their eyes to play.
