Shalom Grade 1 is a preparatory app for first grade Hebrew for kindergarten children. Seven learning games allow you to practice letters, sounds, punctuation marks, rhyming, and writing — skills for learning to read and write. The app was developed with the guidance of a certified speech therapist.

What awaits children?
• Punctuation marks: Identify punctuation in words.
• Aural writing: Assemble words from letters by hearing and picture.
• Letter sequence: Complete a missing letter in the alphabet sequence.
• Opening sound: Identify the first sound in a word.
• Closing sound: Identify the last sound in a word.
• Rhyme: Match pairs of rhyming words.
• Writing letters: Practice writing letters on the screen.

The games are accompanied by illustrations and voice instructions, so even children who do not yet read can play on their own.

The full version includes personal training that combines opening sound, closing sound, and rhyme. Daily and additional exercises are selected based on progress, and in the parents' area you can see a summary of activity and progress.
