An application for Shell's Customer Champions to support them with customer service excellence at their service station across Africa. It allows the management company (Vivo Energy) and its Retailers to communicate with Customer Champions. They receive the latest News and information on awarded Incentives and Promotions. Customer Champions can also complete their required training on the app. They are rewarded with virtual badges for the successful completion of quizzes.
