Vanillaplan is an online software for your resource and capacity planning. Manage your employees, vehicles, tools, machines, etc. and assign them to your projects. The planned working hours and the capacity utilisation per department or company are continuously visible, so that you can react in time to cost overruns in projects, operational bottlenecks or overcapacities.

The software is primarily designed for companies that work in a strongly project-oriented manner, such as in the construction and real estate industries.

The mobile app allows your employees to see the planned assignments via the SmartPhone as well. The data is updated automatically (can be switched off).
