UNIQ was designed from the ground up with an inclusive design concept, you can customize: text size (3 levels), color intensity and contrast, dark mode, reducing animations (for those sensitive to motion), temporarily silencing notifications, and the loading rate of the screens. The floating accessibility button is always accessible on every screen.
✦ Monitoring the quality of the relationship
Profiles undergo human review before approval. We do not allow fake profiles or robots to enter the community. Anyone who does not commit to the rules of mutual respect will not be approved. The approval process usually takes about 12 hours.
How does it work?
1. Registration — with Google, Facebook, or email and password.
2. Building a profile — tell about yourself, add photos, define what you are looking for (age, gender, intentions, region).
3. Introduction conversation with our escort — a personal conversation by phone or video to make sure that the service is right for you.
4. Profile approval — usually within about 12 hours of the end of the conversation.
5. Discovery of customized profiles, sending interest, and establishing connections.
6. Hesitations and consultations — at every stage of the way you can consult with our team about any hesitations, suspicions, or insecurities.
Additional paid services
✦ Personal support with the clinical team in an open chat, advice on dating situations, building self-confidence, and managing healthy relationships.
✦ Couple counseling calls, for couples who have already established a relationship and are looking to deepen or go through a crisis.
✦ Conversation practice, training in a safe space before real meetings, with feedback from the team.
Any transaction can be canceled within 14 days according to the Consumer Protection Law.

✦ Sensitive information (diagnoses, disabilities) is kept at an increased level of protection according to the Data Security Regulations 2017-2017.
✦ Full right to delete — at any time, completely free, within 30 days (see uniqmach.com/data-deletion).
✦ No advertising tracking — We do not sell information and do not use targeted advertising.
✦ Reports — Every report of inappropriate behavior is reviewed within 48 hours (24 hours in cases of immediate safety). The team may review relevant content to handle the report, as stated in the privacy policy.
