As part of the Integration of Smart Technologies into Penal Institutions, this mobile application allows inmates to communicate digitally with their families and loved ones, after being documented and registered in the system in accordance with the relevant articles of the Regulation on the Management of Penal Institutions and the Execution of Sentences and Security Measures. The application, which identifies kinship ties, is available for video calls. To make video calls, download the e-Vision app, developed by Türk Telekom, from your mobile phone's app store, complete the necessary registration information, and activate the application using an SMS verification code sent by Türk Telekom.
