Tessan allows you to consult a general practitioner remotely in just a few minutes, from your phone or in one of our 1,600 booths and kiosks equipped with connected medical devices. More than 1.5 million patients have already benefited from our service, and more than 350 doctors collaborate with Tessan.
Tessan is a French company accredited as a teleconsultation provider by the Ministry of Health. Consultations are conducted by doctors registered with the French Medical Council, practicing in France, and are reimbursed by the French National Health Insurance (Assurance Maladie) when the coordinated care pathway is followed.
**Teleconsultation from your mobile device**
Create your account, describe your symptoms, and access a video consultation with a general practitioner in just a few minutes. At the end of the teleconsultation, your medical documents (report, prescription, and any sick leave certificate) are available in your secure personal account.
**Teleconsultation in pharmacies**
You can also consult from a Tessan booth or kiosk, located in a partner pharmacy. Connected medical devices (stethoscope, thermometer, blood pressure monitor, dermatoscope, pulse oximeter, otoscope) allow the doctor to obtain precise measurements for a more comprehensive diagnosis, with the support of a healthcare professional on site.
