Gammy Family is the adult caregiver companion for a loved one using a Gammy Managed phone. It gives an authorized parent, caregiver, or family member one simple place to prepare phone setup, organize a private household, and manage caregiver access.
SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED
Gammy Family is free to download, but an active household subscription is required to use its app features. The US monthly plan is $7.99/month, billed through Google Play and automatically renewed unless canceled. One subscription covers the household, including four Family call seats. Account creation, sign-in, subscription management, and account deletion remain available without a subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play.
Find your tools in Home, Together, Phone, Activity, and Settings, with light and dark appearance options. Support profiles for an older adult or a child/teen organize the experience without removing access to features. Family Time games, Scripture sharing, audio sharing, and shared photos are Coming Soon and are not included as live features.
Open a private Family link to work with an authorized household. This release supports caregiver accounts, roles, household permissions, setup planning, restore information, and compatibility preparation for a Managed phone.
Connected-phone status, calling, messaging, push delivery, ringing, locking, and other remote actions are not available with the current Gammy Managed 1.2.0-managed release. They require a later compatible Gammy Managed release with Family services enabled. Access also depends on the role and permissions assigned to each Family member.

- Medication list: a caregiver can enter medication names, doses, schedules, and optional notes copied from existing care instructions, so a Managed phone can display that routine
- Move or restore a managed phone with a private setup packet
- Prepare for connected status, calls, messages, and approved support actions for when a compatible Managed release makes those features available
Gammy Family is intended for parents, caregivers, and other authorized adults. It is not intended for a child to use as the account holder. Access links, account credentials, recovery kits, and setup packets should be kept private.
Medication information is entered by a caregiver from existing care instructions and is used only to help display a routine. Gammy Family does not give medical advice, recommend doses or treatment, set or change doses, monitor whether medication was taken, sound medication alarms, contact anyone on your behalf, or provide emergency response. Gammy Family is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Gammy Family does not include ads or third-party advertising tracking. It does not use the Android advertising ID. Camera access is used when a caregiver chooses to scan a pairing code or add a photo. Microphone access is used when a caregiver chooses to start a call.
Network, carrier, and service availability will also affect calls, messages, status, and remote actions when a compatible Managed release makes them available.
