Most brain trainers interrupt you with adverts every other round, or lock the good games behind a subscription. Synapse does neither. Every game is unlocked from the start, there is nothing to buy, and you will never see an advert. It works completely offline — the app does not even ask for internet permission.

• MATH (5 games) — Math Audit, Missing Operator, Basic Math, Tasty Fractions, Math Crossword
• LOGIC (6 games) — Odd One Out, Robotic Flows, Tower of Hanoi, Spy Anagrams, Tap Away Arrows, Twins Connect
• SPEED (7 games) — Reaction, Find Color, Swipes, Colored Cells, Schulte Table, Disjunction, Pattern Compare
HOW IT WORKS
• A daily workout picks three games for a short session of about seven minutes
• Each game has five difficulty levels that unlock as you improve, so it keeps getting harder
• Track your progress with skill levels, personal best scores and 36 mastery badges
• Build a daily streak to keep yourself consistent
• Back up your progress to a file at any time, and restore it on a new phone

• No account, no sign-up, no email required
• No internet permission — the app cannot send data anywhere

A NOTE FROM THE DEVELOPER
I built Synapse because I wanted to spend my idle minutes on something better than endless scrolling. The brain trainers I tried were genuinely good, but the adverts and subscriptions wore me down — sometimes I watched more adverts than I actually played. So I made the app I wanted to use, and I am giving it away.
It is a one-person project, so if you find a bug or have an idea for a game, please get in touch through freebraingames.net. If you enjoy it and want to support the hosting costs, there is a "buy me a coffee" link on the site — entirely optional.
