What does it do?

Sunrise starts by adding a bit of red color and brightness to your phone’s screen. Slowly, it increases the brightness, eventually turning bright white. This slow, natural increase in light tells your body it’s time to wake up.

Don’t worry. If you sleep soundly and don’t wake up to the gently increasing light, the app plays an alarm sound at the exact time you’re supposed to wake up. Just like a normal alarm clock, but better.
