Meadowly is a gentle phone habit app that turns walking into app time.

Choose the apps you want to be more intentional with. Meadowly converts your steps into unlock minutes, then lets you trade those minutes when you want time in your selected apps.

How Meadowly works:

Walk with your phone, or use Health Connect for compatible step sources
Earn unlock minutes from your step count
Trade minutes into a shared pool across your locked apps
Or use per-app mode to assign minutes to one app at a time
See your weekly steps, used minutes, streak and growing flower
Plant bloomed flowers in your meadow and start growing again
Meadowly is designed as a self-control and wellness tool, not a parental control or surveillance app. You choose which apps are limited, can change your step source, and can remove limits at any time.

Health and permission notes:
Meadowly uses step data only to calculate earned minutes. App locking uses Android Accessibility so Meadowly can notice when a selected locked app opens and bring you back when minutes run out. Meadowly does not require an app.
