PaygOps Agent App

Companion app for PaygOps agent with offline functionality. This app can only be used if you already have a PaygOps account.

The PaygOps Agent App can be used for:
- Viewing customer information offline
- Entering new customer information (Leads)
- Proceeding to transactions on customer accounts (cash collection, discounts, etc.) via Internet
- Proceeding to transactions on customer accounts (cash collection, discounts, etc.) via SMS (when internet is not available, only available in selected countries)
- Creating and viewing interactions with customers (support tickets) offline
