New SoftExpert Document

This application allows users to view documents and to have documents while offline, allowing them to view important documents without being connected to the internet. When the user is online, the documents made available offline are updated for the user to always have the latest version of the documents. When the user is online, it is also possible to release the publication acknowledgment task pending for the user.
