Sofra answers the question "What should we cook today?" once a week: a complete weekly meal plan, Egyptian recipes with video tutorials, and a grocery list—all in one app.

You tell us your budget, the days you cook, and the days you want protein—and Sofra plans a lunch for each day. On days you don't cook, you can eat yesterday's meal, so no one has to worry.

✋ The plan is yours, and you decide.

Don't like a dish? "Choose for yourself." You choose from the entire menu, and "We recommend something else." Any dish that goes under "We don't eat it" won't be recommended again.
