DICO LSQ
RESO Surdite
Quebec Sign Language (LSQ) is the visual language used by Francophone Deaf communities in Canada, primarily in Quebec and Ontario.
This application, designed to run on tablets and smartphones iOS and Android, is organized into two categories:
- In alphabetical order, from A to Z (contains more than 1900 words of vocabulary!)
- By themes (Alphabet, Numbers, Food, Colors, Trades, etc.), with the addition of a hundred phrases in LSQ!
It is also possible to search with a system of auto-completion (by typing the first letters, the list of words is displayed as and when).
For each word selected, a video showing an illustration, the sign in LSQ and the word written in French will be displayed on the screen.

This dictionary, in circulation since 2005, was produced by RESO, an association of parents of deaf children, in close collaboration with the Sourde community, mainly from the Outaouais region of Ontario and Quebec.
