This latest release of the application focuses on easy customer checkout.
What's Changing?
Verifying customer personal data for Belgian ID cards is now easier and more secure:
- EID or ITSME Reading: For ID cards issued in Belgium, customer personal data can now be retrieved using ITSME or an E-ID card reader.
- Phone Number Verification: A PIN code will be sent via SMS to verify the customer’s mobile number. If data is obtained through the E-ID card reader, an additional confirmation of the correct phone number is required with this PIN.
- Photo ID & Driver’s License: A copy of the driver’s license and the ID card must be provided.
