Race Ultra is the ultramarathon planning and race-day tracking app. Built from firsthand experience and fuelled by a passion for endurance sport, Race Ultra brings technology and ultra athletics together for runners, crews and pacers worldwide.
CREATE AN EVENT Set up your race manually, use AI-assisted event creation, or import directly from a GPX file. Supported activities include ultra running, hiking, cycling and paddling.
ADD CHECKPOINTS Set distance, pace and stop time at each checkpoint. Race Ultra calculates your expected arrival time and overall race time automatically, and updates them in real time as the race unfolds.
CUT-OFF TIMES Enable a cut-off at any checkpoint and Race Ultra calculates the minimum pace required to arrive in time — so you always know where you stand.
LIVE RACE DASHBOARD Check in and out of checkpoints during the race and the app instantly recalculates your expected arrivals for every checkpoint ahead. Your crew sees the same live view so they're ready and waiting when you arrive.
OFFLINE SUPPORT Race Ultra works without signal. Your race data is stored on-device and syncs automatically when connectivity returns — no lost check-ins, no gaps in your crew's dashboard.
NUTRITION PLANNING Set water, carbohydrate and sodium targets for each leg of your race and log your intake at checkpoints. Keep your crew informed and your fuelling on track from start to finish.
CHECKPOINT FACILITIES Note what each aid station has to offer — first aid, water, food, showers, sleep, toilets and more — so nothing catches you off guard on race day.
INVITE YOUR CREW Add a crew chief, crew members and observers. Everyone shares the same live dashboard so your whole support team stays aligned from start to finish.
GEAR PLANNING Virtually pack your gear bag at each checkpoint before race day. Pre-loaded lists cover mandatory gear, nutrition, clothing and survival equipment.
Race Ultra offers a free 7-day trial. A paid subscription is required beyond the trial period. Crew members can access your event on the free version.
You can subscribe and pay on the Play Store, using your Google Account credentials. Payment will be charged to your Google Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hrs before the end of the current period. Subscriptions can be managed by the user via the ‘Manage Subscription’ page in subscriptions. Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
