DESIS
QR Badge is the official mobile application for the time and attendance system connected to the Sygep platform (CPFAE). It allows participants, supervisors, and authorized teams to record attendance in a controlled manner, using QR code scans and location information when required by the configuration.
MAIN FEATURES
• Secure login with credentials provided by your organization.
• Scan a QR code displayed on-site to validate a clock-in or session milestone.
• Geolocation is used when the training program or supervision requires it, to ensure consistency between time and attendance and the training or activity location.
• Session tracking (heartbeat) on the application side to accurately reflect attendance continuity according to the rules defined by your administration—exact behavior may depend on server settings and the user's role.
• Access to your activity history relevant to your profile.
WHO IS THE APPLICATION FOR?
QR Badge is intended for users with an active account on their organization's Sygep instance. Without server access and valid credentials, the application cannot be used for badge access.
DATA AND PRIVACY
The application uses the camera to read QR codes and may use precise or approximate location data depending on the permissions granted on the device and the requirements of your route. The associated data processing is described in the privacy policy published by your organization (HTTPS URL to be entered in the application settings or provided by your administration).
REQUIREMENTS
• Internet connection.
• Sygep user account provided by your organization.
Permissions requested for use (camera, location, notifications if necessary for background tracking depending on your Android version).
QR Badge complements the web application (PWA) when you prefer a native smartphone experience. For any questions regarding registration, rights or support, contact the secretariat or administrator of your CPFAE.
