油價助手:下週油價預測+加油紀錄

"Should I fill up today, or wait until next week?"
The Oil Price Assistant is more than just a price check app; it answers the real decision you need to make before filling up.
■ Next Week's Oil Price Forecast CPC Corporation announces the following week's price every week, effective at midnight the following Monday. This app calculates the possible price fluctuations for next week based on the floating oil price formula published by the Ministry of Economic Affairs (70% Dubai crude + 30% Brent crude, pricing period from last Thursday to this Wednesday), helping you decide whether to fill up today.
■ Honest Disclosure of Accuracy We present the "forecast" and "actual announcement" side-by-side each week, allowing you to judge the accuracy for yourself. CPC often uses the stabilization fund to "freeze prices"—the formula calculates an adjustment, but the actual adjustment doesn't occur. We also clearly indicate these situations, without using fancy numbers to embellish the accuracy rate. Next week's price is an estimate, not an official figure; the actual price is always based on CPC's weekly announcement.
■ Compare Fuel Prices of Three Brands at a Glance: A side-by-side comparison of 92/95/98 unleaded gasoline and premium diesel from CPC, Formosa Plastics, and Costco on one page. (Costco does not publish real-time fuel prices; its prices are estimates based on CPC's equivalent fuels minus a fixed difference, clearly indicated in the app.)
■ Nearby Gas Stations and One-Click Navigation: The app displays the nearest gas stations based on your location. Filter by fuel type, brand (CPC/Formosa Plastics/Costco), self-service, and car wash availability. A single tap opens map navigation.
■ Fueling Records and Fuel Consumption Calculation: After each refueling, record the mileage, liters, and cost. The app automatically calculates fuel consumption (km/L) and cost per kilometer. Accumulate this over time to calculate your actual driving costs—no need for manual calculations. Records are stored only on your device.
■ Fuel Price Trends and Levels: A chart showing the price trends of the four fuel types over the past six months, indicating where the current price falls within a range—relatively cheap, average, or expensive.
■ Desktop Widgets and Reminders
The desktop widget directly displays this week's oil prices and next week's forecast. Thursday's forecast reminders and announcement reminders can be enabled.
■ About Permissions
Location permissions are only used to calculate the nearest gas station on your device and are not transmitted or stored. You can still check prices, view forecasts, and record refueling history even without authorization.
Data Source: Energy Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs; CPC Corporation, Taiwan Public Data; Public Exchange Rate Service.
