A. This occurs when you have checked the "Download only when using Wi-Fi" option during the download process, but are using a communication method other than Wi-Fi.
Please try canceling the download and connecting to a different Wi-Fi network, or uncheck the option and try downloading using a different communication method (such as a 4G network).
Q. The app's visuals and sounds are not playing correctly.
A. The app may be unstable during the first launch, so please try restarting the app.
Q. I want to interrupt the app.
A. Selecting "Exit App" in the "Options Menu," or pressing the home button during gameplay to exit the app, will automatically save your game data at that point.
If you have interrupted data, tapping "Game Start" on the title screen will display a resume confirmation screen; selecting "Yes" will allow you to resume from where you left off.
Q. The app crashes during startup.
A. There may have been a problem during installation, so please try the following first.
- Restart your smartphone or clear the cache.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
Q. I can't purchase additional features (add-ons).

A. You can restore them free of charge by following the steps below.
1. On the title screen, tap the disabled add-on feature in the "Shop" section.
2. Tap the "Purchase" button.
3. Select "Yes" in the displayed warning message.
4. After a few seconds, a message will appear stating "Already purchased."
5. Tap "Return to Title" on the same screen. The corresponding add-on feature will then be re-enabled.
6. If there are other disabled add-ons, repeat steps 1-5 for each feature.
*Note: Communication will occur between steps 3 and 4.
However, please be aware that errors or charges may occur if you are not using the Google account used for the purchase.
