AutoDigital is an innovative app that allows customers to perform car and motorcycle inspections using their mobile phones, using augmented reality technology. You can do so whenever and wherever you want, without having to go to a repair shop.
It also allows you to report claims quickly and easily.
With our customers' needs in mind, the app focuses on fluidity, agility, and improved user experience and offers the following main advantages:
- the use of augmented reality transports the customer to an immersive 3D world, fully customized to their vehicle, ensuring unique customer support.
- the experience is adaptable to the characteristics of the customer's device, as it can detect
whether the phone is capable of performing the inspection using augmented reality and, if not, automatically display the experience through photos. - Digital claims reporting is available for all types of claims (accidents, isolated glass breakage, theft or robbery, vandalism, natural disasters, fire, lightning, or explosion), with or without the submission of a Car Accident Report.
