The Health care OCP application allows beneficiaries of OCP medical coverage services to:
• Real-time consultation: Allow beneficiaries to consult the status and history of files (affiliation, claims, prior agreement, etc.) at any time and anywhere via the mobile application.
• Dematerialization of document submission (CI): Simplify administrative procedures by allowing online submission of all additional documents (CI) to medical files.
• Request for prior approval online: Facilitate the authorization of expensive care (purchase of medical devices (ADM>3000 Dhs, rehabilitation sessions, hearing aids, and purchase of expensive medications) via the mobile application.
• Online declaration of dependents: Simplify administrative formalities by allowing online declaration of dependents and electronic filing of supporting documents.
• Geolocation of providers and drop-off points for medical records: Facilitate access to care by indicating to beneficiaries the health establishment and drop-off points closest to their home.
• Editing letters in real time: Automate and accelerate the processing of requests by instantly generating correspondence letters (CI, CV, AC, RJ, reimbursement statement).
• Download of OCP medical coverage documents: Make available to beneficiaries all the necessary OCP medical coverage documents in digital format
• Reinforced data security: Guarantee optimal protection of the personal and medical health data of all beneficiaries.
