Whether you're hiring a tutor, lending to a friend, paying a contractor, or selling a phone, the steps are the same:
1. One person creates the agreement — what's being done, for how much, when.
2. The other person confirms — both sides tap to seal it.
3. When the work is done, both rate each other across five human dimensions: reliability, quality, communication, fairness, respect.
Over time, your reflections from people you've actually transacted with build into a community-verified identity (CVI) — a score and a band that anyone can see before they decide to trust you.
Why this matters
In most of the world, reputation lives in word-of-mouth, group chats, or someone's memory. When you move neighbourhoods, change cities, or work with strangers, that reputation evaporates. Trusta makes it portable.

Privacy by design
We collect the minimum we need to operate the service. We never sell personal data. We never run third-party advertising trackers. Your sealed agreements use cryptographic signatures so neither party can later deny what was agreed. You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings.
A note on the trust score
The CVI or Community Value Index is informational — a directional indicator built from real reflections by people you've actually transacted with. It is not a credit score and does not guarantee future behaviour. Reasonable people can read the same record differently.
