StellarQ My

Mobile application for self-reporting of symptoms of chronic diseases. In order to function, the application requires an active treatment relationship with a healthcare unit that has the StellarQ My service in use, and logging in with Suomi.fi credentials.

The StellarQ My application is being developed in cooperation with Finnish doctors and nurses specialising in chronic diseases, and with patients to support disease treatment and treatment monitoring.
