Mukafaa is a mobile application managing a stand-alone loyalty system.
Through this application, suppliers benefit from a full loyalty system where they can set their own rules regarding cash back and redeeming percentages, choose the type of redeeming they prefer
the system offers 2 different business models based on redeeming policy.
- Tier one, where customers can redeem their points only from the shop they bought from.
- Tier two, where customers can redeem their points from any store who is available in the tier.
- Mukafaa is a network builder and community supporter more than being just a Loyalty Program.
