INCREASE is a collaborative program implemented by Kenya Education Management Institute(KEMI) in partnership with VVOB that aims to address the challenges of implementing the competence-based curriculum in Kenya by strengthening instructional leadership skills among school leaders and facilitating quality professional development opportunities.

The goal of the INCREASE programme is to ensure that school leaders support the effective implementation of the competency-based curriculum and providing learners with the necessary 21st-century skills for educational and professional futures.
