π Privacy & Permissions
Screen mirroring data is sent over a local connection between your phone and the Tesla browser,
and is not uploaded to any separate mirroring server.
Some features β such as weather, payments, and certificate checks β may use necessary external communication.
The local VPN is used only so the Tesla browser can reliably reach your phone's local server.
It does not collect, sell, or use your internet traffic for advertising,
and it is automatically disabled when the app closes.
AccessibilityService is used for touch control and launching app shortcuts.
This permission is used only to forward touches from the Tesla screen to your phone
and to launch the shortcut apps you registered.
Location permission is used to provide speed, location, weather, and HUD features.
