MB MIEGU
MIEGU is a Lithuanian app for a peaceful evening.
When your mind is racing, the worries of the day won't let you go, and you want to slow down and rest, MIEGU invites you to take time for yourself.
Here you will find Lithuanian sleep stories, soothing sounds, body relaxation and mind-calming practices, and short educational recordings in which sleep neuroscientist Dr. Laura Bojarskaitė answers the most frequently asked questions about sleep.
MIEGU was created to make your evening more peaceful and your path to rest smoother.
Why is it worth trying MIEGU?
Lithuanian content
Listen to stories about the dunes of Nida, the forests of Dzūkija, kayaking on the Ūla River, an evening by the Baltic Sea coast, or a slow walk through familiar landscapes.
Designed for the evening
SLEEP is not a productivity or self-development app. It is designed for the evening, when you want to slow down, step away from screens and focus on rest.
Designed by scientists
SLEEP is developed together with sleep neuroscientist Dr. Laura Bojarskaite, who has been researching sleep and brain activity for more than a decade. Laura is the author of the book “300 Questions and Answers about Sleep”, the creator of the podcasts “Sleep DNA” and “Brain DNA”, and a researcher at the University of Oslo. Another creator is Dr. Eglė Karmazienė, who in 2022 released the most popular children's sleep app in the Baltic States.
SLEEP can be useful if:
• it is difficult to let go of the day's thoughts in the evening,
• you want more peace before bed,
• you are looking for ways to relax after a stressful day;
• you like to fall asleep listening to stories or nature sounds;
• you want something calm and familiar when you wake up at night,
• you value Lithuanian content and want to support Lithuanian creators.
