- Make transfers between company accounts, to third-party Mercantil accounts, and to other national banks.
- Approve or reject pending transactions (transfers and payments).
- Give exact change in bolivars to your customers.
- Authorize purchases by entering your customers' payment code (C2P).
- Receive payments (P2C) via QR codes, with or without an amount included.
- Buy or sell foreign currency from your mobile device.
- Pay your bills and services from: Corpoelec, Banavih, Inces, IVSS, Cantv.
- Pay your own taxes and those of others.
Additionally, the application allows you to:
- Log in with biometric authentication.
- Share the results of your transactions and details of your account activity via messaging apps or your preferred social network.
- View or share your account type and its 20-digit number.
To start using these features, simply:
1. Download the app.
2. Log in with your online banking username and password.
3. Register your device (up to 3 mobile devices). Remember that you must have your token, previously managed by Mercantil Online Banking for Businesses, registered.
4. That's it! You now have access to Mercantil Mobile Banking for Businesses.
