APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Mediik - Salomatlik is a companion app for patients of doctors using Mediik Doctor. The app requires:
• A doctor registered with the Mediik Doctor app — the app is designed to interact with your doctor.
• A compatible fitness tracker — for automatically recording metrics (heart rate, steps, sleep). Supported model: Mediik Smart Band (Bluetooth LE). The tracker is not included and must be purchased separately.
• Your own medical devices (blood pressure monitor, glucometer) — for blood pressure and sugar levels. The app does NOT measure blood pressure, heart rate, or sugar levels independently and does not use the camera or sensors on your smartphone for measurements: readings are entered from the screen of your device or from the Mediik Smart Band.
• An Android smartphone and an internet connection.
IMPORTANT: Mediik - Salomatlik is not a medical device. The app does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical conditions. Your doctor makes all medical decisions. For any health questions, consult a qualified physician.
HOW THE APP WORKS
Your doctor in the Mediik Doctor app prescribes treatment, recommendations, and a daily calorie intake. You receive these prescriptions and track them through Mediik - Salomatlik.

ABOUT THE CALORIE CALCULATION FUNCTION
The automatic calculation of calories and proteins, fats, and carbohydrates from photos provides only an approximate estimate, like a kitchen scale or calorie calculator.
This is not a dietary recommendation: your doctor sets your daily calorie intake in the Mediik Doctor app. The app does not recommend what to eat or prescribe a diet.
