- Service fee: 10%-15% (upfront deducted from the loan proceeds at disbursement)
- APR range: 172%-246% (depending on the loan term, service fee, and customer risk profile)
- Amount due at maturity: 100% of the principal only. The service fee and interest are deducted upfront at disbursement and are not charged again at repayment.
- Maximum total loan cost: up to 54.6% of the principal amount, including up to 39.6% interest and up to 15% service fee.
- All applications are subject to eligibility and approval.
Example of How It Works
For a US$100 loan for 91 days with a 0.22% daily interest rate and a 10% upfront service fee:
- Loan principal: US$100
- Service fee: US$100*10%=US$10(upfront deducted from the loan proceeds at disbursement)
- Interest: US$100*0.22%*91=US$20.02(upfront deducted from the loan proceeds at disbursement)
- Net amount disbursed: US$100 - US$10 - US$20.02 = US$69.98
- Amount due at maturity: US$100
The US$10 service fee and US$20.02 interest fee are upfront deducted once from the loan proceeds at disbursement and are not charged again at repayment.
- Total cost of the loan: US$30.02, including the service fee of US$10 and the interest of US$20.02

- Have an active mobile money account (EcoCash or InnBucks)
