Mandra is an application for hiking in the Ukrainian Carpathians: hiking routes, offline map with relief, elevation profile and water sources right on the track.
WORKS WITHOUT CONNECTION
Download the offline package once at home - and the map of the Carpathians, relief, routes and points work on the ridge where there is no network. Without the Internet, without registration, without subscription. The package contains a map of the entire Carpathians with relief and trails, not a patchwork around one route. The application is needed exactly where mobile communication ends.
ROUTES WITH DETAILS
For each route: length, elevation gain, duration, difficulty, elevation profile and map with the track. Chornogora, Svydivets, Gorgany, Marmaros massif, Borzhava, Beskydy, Hryniavskie and Chyvchynski mountains. Hoverla, Pip Ivan, Petros, Khomyak, Blyznytsia, Parashka, Shpytsy, Lake Synevyr. There are both short one-day hikes and multi-day mountain passes - you can see in advance how much elevation gain there will be and whether it's your level.
HOW TO GET THERE
Where the route starts and how to get there: Zaroslyak, Vorokhta, Yaremche, Dzembronya, Kvasy, Yasinya, Rakhiv, Pylypets, Skole, Verkhovyna, Osmoloda, Kolochava, Tatariv, Mykulychyn, Lazeshchyna.
WATER SOURCES AND MAP POINTS
Where to get water, where to pitch a tent, where is a shelter, a mountain pasture or a viewpoint - all on the same map that works offline. Plus a weather forecast for the route, as long as there is a connection.
YOUR GPX
Import your own track and see it on the Carpathian map with relief, length and elevation gain calculated based on real terrain data. Works even with tracks that do not have elevation marks. The route from the catalog can be uploaded to GPX and opened anywhere.
PLAN A TRIP
Save the route to "My hikes", add notes and a checklist of equipment, share the route with those you are going with. Night theme - so that the map does not blind you in the tent.
ADD TO THE MAP
If you notice a spring, parking lot or shelter that is not there - add a mark, and after checking it, it will appear for everyone. This way the map becomes more accurate for everyone who goes next.
