SmallForest

SmallForest is an independent software product that has no official connection with any state body of Ukraine. The data used in the application is obtained from open sources: https://lk.ukrforest.com/. The application does not guarantee the complete accuracy or relevance of the information provided.

The main purpose
The application is intended for maintaining and updating tax data, creating and editing allocations and plots, as well as exchanging information between employees of the same forestry enterprise. This allows you to quickly receive information about changes in the forest fund.

How it works in practice
A forestry engineer can directly enter data (for example, about planned felling) into a smartphone application in the field. Other employees — the chief forester, forester, his assistant, forest master — receive this data automatically on their devices, regardless of the operating system (Android or iOS).
Data is synchronized automatically, and if there is no connection for more than 30 days, it is deleted. Thanks to the backup storage system, information is stored in several copies, which prevents its loss when one of the devices fails. In case of changing the phone, it is possible to transfer all data to the new user.

Creation and editing of allocations/areas, input of taxation indicators;

Keeping a list of trees with the calculation of the material and monetary value of felling trees directly in the forest;

Maintenance of tree numbering information for sanitary felling;

Generation of a compass survey plan for printing;

Measuring the height of trees using the phone's camera;

Exchange of current data between employees of the enterprise;

Construction of a technological map of logging development.
