Kontur.Diadoc is a service for exchanging legally significant electronic documents. You can exchange documents with counterparties and within your organization.

In the app, you can sign, refuse to sign, approve, and refuse to approve documents. To do this, you need an account created in the web version of Diadoc.

Keep your organization's document flow always at hand. Invite new counterparties to exchange documents. Review key transaction information, history, and comments before signing a document.
