【How It Work】
1. Sign Up and get a designated email address.
2. Forward your statements.
3. Wait for 3-5min and get notified.
【Why Need To Forwarding Statements】
1. So that you don't need to manually key in all the data.
2. We can get the total statement amount and its due date.
3. We can get your transaction details so that we can present them on the App for you.
【What Data The System Extract】
1. Card name and last 4 digits of the card number.
2. Total statement amount, min amount and due date.
3. Transaction details.
【The system will NOT extract the following data】
1. Your full name.
2. Your address.
3. Full 16 card numbers.
【Security & Privacy FAQ】
1. Can your staff read our credit card statements?
No. Your statement is only read and parsed by our system. No human is required to read or access your statement. Plus, your statement will be automatically deleted after being processed by the system.
2. Is there any risk of my Credit Card being wrongly used if your system is hacked?
No. We purposely do not store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Also, the statement doesn't include information such as Expiry Date, CVV No and we do not parse account name and full account number.
3. Will you sell my data to banks or other institutions?
No. We do not and will not sell your data or share your data with banks or other institutions. Plus, we are fully compliant with Malaysian PDPA laws and regulations. Your privacy and data security are our top priorities.
4. Where are you located? Where is your base of operation?
We are based in Klang Valley, Selangor, Malaysia. Finory is built with love by Malaysian for Malaysians.
5. Do I need to forward my statement every month?
Yes, you will need to forward it every month.
