HEALTH DATA INFORMATION IN JEMFIT

The Jemfit app may enable connection to health integrations such as Google Fit or Health Connect. This integration is optional and is primarily used to enable the "Challenges" feature, where you can track your progress in activity challenges, movement goals, and activity summaries. This data is only read if you provide consent. You can use the app without it, but features dependent on activity data, particularly "Challenges," may be limited or unavailable. Depending on the consent provided, the app may read the following types of data:

Movement Activity/Activity Time – used to check whether the required activity for a Challenge has been completed, e.g., the minimum movement or activity time for the day has been reached.

Activity Energy/Active Calories Burned – used to track progress in energy-based challenges and to display active calories in summaries.

Steps – used to track progress in step challenges, display daily step counts, and compare them to the challenge goal.

Activity – used to recognize and summarize the user's activity within Challenges and activity history.

Health Connect Workouts – used to recognize completed workouts, assign them to Challenges, and display workout history related to the user's progress.

Distance – used to track progress in distance challenges, such as walks, runs, or other distance-based activities.

Resting Energy – used to provide a more complete picture of daily energy expenditure in the Activity, Challenges, and Calorie Balance features.

Health and activity data is not used for advertising, advertising profiling, remarketing, data sales, or sharing with data brokers. You can withdraw your consent to access your data at any time in your phone's settings.
